Delicious~Smoky~with a bit of zing to it~its a pasta dish that breaks out from the usual pasta dinner~and you wont find this in any Italian restaurant~its smoky and delicious and really its also an easy weeknight dish to make because that sauce takes l 20 minutes to make and seriously that is what you call a win-win when your cooking dinner~and even though I dont LOVE PASTA~I like to cook pasta and eat pasta sometimes and when I do~I always try to make something different with past and eat different kinds of pasta dishes because I know there is so many. In this dish you dont even have to use Bacon~you can use some nice Panchetta~its totally your call~either way its going to be good~

A few simple ingredients~this dish comes together~mince garlic~ small whole chop onion~dash of red pepper flakes and a can of 28 oz San Marzano whole Tomatoes with their juices ~and I highly recommend you using the kind of tomatoes because they are much more sweeter than regular whole can tomatoes and they are from San Marzano Italy~I mean I think the Italians know alot about pasta and growing vine ripe Tomatoes~but I digress~just trust me~crush the whole tomatoes with your potatoe masher and let it simmer.DONE- In twenty minutes you have delightful and delectable pasta dish that is unique and delicious hey its pasta~EVERYONE LOVES(OR LIKES) PASTA~
