Just like that I am back, TAH DAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes yes yes, I know its been weeks since I posted a new recipe but I could not help it, I was busy taking a vacation with my hubby, and playing my new Nintendo switch and Zelda Breath of the wild, let me tell you is the most amazing open world game I have played in a while, immersive and beautiful and hard with soo many things to do that I just get lost in the game sometimes for hours, and its really bad because I have other responsibilities that are getting neglected, like this blog about food and lately or should I say the past few months or so its all been about the sweeter side of things, are you complaining? I am not~I have a HUGE sweet tooth especially for breakfast, I especially found out quite recently that I prefer sweet pasty things like pancakes, waffles and cinnamon rolls for breakfast than I do with savory dishes, like these delicious, soft and tender Cinnamon Sugar doughnuts, baked not fried ( off course because I dont have a fryer)  combines my favorite spice with a slightly healthy take on fried  doughnuts, sugary and soft, its perfect partner to your morning  coffee or afternoon coffee, even midnight coffee, heck turn it to your dessert treat, I wont judge you because they are that good so make some in your kitchen and for breakfast or afternoon snack or dessert.
