Cheeseburger Quesadilla

Hmmmm Cheeseburger Yummy right, I know I love a good Cheeseburger, like in In N Out, Five Guys, Or one of my favorite burger joints, well me and my BF’s favorite burger joints Red Robbin. I came up with this idea to have a cheeseburger but with tortilla and so I created Cheeseburger Quesadilla. Easy and can be adapted in so many ways ( depending on your mood, mine was just your classic Cheeseburger). I added baby bella mushrooms, avocados, tomatoes and Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cheese Yummy. I mean if you love beef quesadilla or any kind of quesadilla you like this one, I made it in a burrito size flour tortilla ( you can use any kind of tortilla you like) and it was so delicious and filling.
Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes they come out oozing & smelling like a cheeseburger. I mean this was heaven in a plate of easy meals to make for lunch or dinner, even an appetizer.
The Assembly was super easy. 1. brown the mushrooms and set aside. 2. cut the tomatoes in to half-moon and line in a paper towel plate to absorb their tomato juices.
Cook, and salt and pepper your ground meats ( Use any meat you like, you don’t have to have ground beef, you can have ground pork, ground chicken, or not even use ground meat at all) I just salt and pepper them simply because I find that burger meats at restaurants don’t have a lot of seasonings just the ground beef patty itself and salt and pepper.
Then assemble
Ground beef, the sauteed mushrooms, then I added the tomatoes.
The Avocados & the Cheese on top. Bake on a preheated oven on a foiled line baking sheet for 10-15 minutes depending on your preference for crispy tortilla.
.I baked my quesadilla a bit longer so it browned on the edges but it was still crispy and delicious. I hope you enjoy.
