I heart Bacon, I really really do, me and my baby love bacon and we have it religiously in our house every weekend for breakfast, we buy bacon every week and it’s part of our meal plan to have bacon, I mean seriously its Bacon If you hate bacon then we cant be friends~SORRY~ because were obsess. Our butcher shop makes their own bacon and its smoked~apple smoked to be exact and its soo delicious, its funny because my baby did not know that our butcher shop that we have been going to for 3-4 years know they make their own bacon, I was surprise because he usually knows these kinds of things before I do and honestly it make me glad that I knew first before he did lol.

Smoked Bacon & Avocado Spinach Salad

I’ve always love making dressings and vinaigrette’s and this one was fantastic, instead of using traditional oil such as olive oil or vegetable oil, I use bacon greese and it is the bomb lol. I’ve seen alot of bacon dressing recipes on the blogosphere so I created my own. You will love this one because its delicious, with a splash of bourbon and honey it was amazing and if are a bacon lover you will love this one and you will love making it, super duper easy. Use any greens you like, for this one I chose spinach because I love spinach.
