Rigatoni With Italian Meatballs In A Creamy & Spicy Tomato Sauce
I love meatballs, I love making and experimenting with them because they are so versatile, I mean you can add the whole kitchen sink in a meatball and it’s gonna be good. I was trying to come up with easy recipes this week and Meatballs came to mind and so My Italian Meatballs were born lol.
My Italian Meatballs Pack alot of flavor and they are not small either LOL as you can tell I made Giant meatballs hahaha. These meatballs don’t require alot of ingredients really, half a pound of ground beef, 1 pound of Italian Sausage, now I use our butcher shop’s homemade Italian sausage, they make their own sausages and they are so So delicious but really any kind of sausage you like, I did about half & half, half sweet and half spicy, I just bought some store bought spicy tomato and basil sauce and Alfredo sauce and mix them together to get the creamy spicy tomato sauce. This dish is an easy quick fix dinner meal because, it does not require alot of work really and thats what I was going for this week, something easy and not alot of fuss.Use these meatballs with any pasta dish you like or make sliders out of them. You will love them.
