Sweet & Sour Chicken

On Friday I did another revamp of one of my favorite Chinese Take out Dishes. Sweet and Sour Chicken, I know that all sweet and sour chicken in Chinese take out places ,the chicken is fried in a corn starch coating and toss in this Neon red Sweet, tangy, and sour sauce, well mine is way better and way healthier because my version is not fried and I use white meat chicken instead of dark meat. My Sweet and Sour Sauce is sweet, tangy and a bit spicy and no added sugar., what sweetens my sauce is the combination of Sweet Chilli Sauce and tomato ketchup. I love this take on sweet and sour Chicken because well I was just tinkering again like I usually do in the kitchen to make this recipe and I found another perfect take out meal that I can make in the comfort of my own home any time I feel like having Chinese food that is more figure friendly and does not require me driving some where to get it. It is a win win for me and my baby.
I can tell that your mouth is drooling, I see a bit of drool coming down on the side of your mouth hahaha. Make it tonight for lunch or dinner~you will love it and will make it again for sure, I know I will.
