Chocolate Brownie Pudding

Have you ever had a massive craving and no matter what you had or try to replace this craving that you just can not for the life of you satisfy? Well This minor incident has happened to me several times and usually I was able to replace it something else but this one was ~HUGE~I mean I practically raided my pantry looking and searching for something to satisfy my craving of chocolate cake or replace it with something that is similar to chocolate cake and but by the end of the hour I just couldn’t.

And then~this concoction came to me~I kid you not this is the most delicious hot and cold creation, chocolatey~warm and gooey ohhh its all so gooey that If I had the choice to not share It~I would not, I would go in the corner with a knife and threaten anyone or in this case my hubby that if he tries to sneak in a bite~I would cut him~I would devour this hole thing by my self and would be happy and satisfy~This Chocolate Brownie Pudding is just to good to share that I actually though of making it and just eating it all by my self and hide the evidence from my baby~but I was strong and well I ended up sharing~but its totally worth the wait~its hot and~chocolate-y~ gooey and you might get a bit sticky but who cares~you will just die and go to chocolate lava heaven~there is nothing more I can say~just make it~make it NOW~and go to lava heaven with me~I will meet you there with huge spoon eating my share~see you there!!!

 

Chocolate Brownie Pudding

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Yield: 4-6

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Cake
  • 3/4 Cup all purpose flour
  • 2/3 Cup granulated sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of instant espresso
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 Cup of Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Chocolate pudding
  • 1/3 Heaping cup of semisweet chocolate
  • 2/3 Cup brown sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. in a small saucepan heat on low water and chocolate chips till chocolate has melted, In a bowl stir brown sugar, cocoa powder and add to the chocolate mixture and whisk with till the sugars have melted, turn of the heat and add the vanilla and set aside. In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and espresso and mix, add the milk and vegetable and mix till its combined. Spread the batter on ungreased 9 inch square baking dish, add the chocolate mixture and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle and comes out clean. Serve with whip Cream or good vanilla ice cream
