Hickory Chicken Breast With Bourbon-Molasses Glaze
Summer Equals Grilling and that is what I am doing~yes all summer long I am grilling up in my back yard to keep the heat out of my house~lol~and besides Summer is BB-Q season right? you agree? because I do, the one good thing about summer is all the great BB-Q the goes on and I have a few up on my sleeve that I am going to share with you. This is my first Summer season that I am using rubs and rubs add such deep flavors to the meats that it balances out the BB-Q sauces and I love it~this hickory rub has the right amount of smoky that its not over powering and goes well with Chicken, pork even beef~the good thing about rubs is that you can use them for what ever meats you have~totally versatile~this rub has smokey paprika, dry mustard all that jazz that will jazz up any meat you grill in your home.
The Bourbon Molasses glaze is great~awesome flavors of good bourbon whiskey~and sweetness of Molasses and Soy sauce~it goes well with the hickory rub.Yummy You are all set to grill~
