I finally made it~yes~I did~I succumbed and finally gave in and made Teriyaki Chicken, for the longest time I been trying to avoid it but I gotta make it sometime and it was a good time as any, for the first time in a long long while I had no idea what to make for dinner~I had no ingredients to make anything, I had sauces, condiments, spices and such but I did not know what to do with any of them to make something with chicken. I look kept looking at my pantry and I saw the bottle of Mirin Mirn, then I reach for the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, a small clove of garlic and ginger that I keep in the freezer because they last a long long time, it all equals to teriyaki sauce, you wanna know why I haven’t made teriyaki chicken yet? well to be honest because it was easy and you can find teriyaki sauce any where so I avoided it~until yesterday~
A simple easy go to week night in a hurry dinner~takes a few minutes but its all good~though it is teriyaki sauce~it is still good eats hahaha (no relation to Alton Brown the Genius) its yummy and its boneless, Skinless Teriyaki chicken~tender and good with white Jasmine rice, brown rice, even fried rice.I am glad I made teriyaki sauce~now I think I’m going to make the same recipe but for Teriyaki wings.
