Buffalo Chicken Balls1

You know it makes me sad sometimes, when ever I eat Buffalo Chicken wings that on the other side of the table my baby will never get to taste this delicious creation and that is sad in general because I love buffalo wings soo much~I can eat them for breakfast, lunch dinner, snack etc…. you see its dark meat and that’s the reason why he does not like buffalo wings and I understand that, its like me not liking beans, that’s right~I don’t care much for beans at all, I can eat them but I generally don’t like em and I avoid them as much as possible. In order for my baby not to miss out I made the next best thing and they are Buffalo Chicken Balls, Yes bite size deliciousness of Chicken wings in meatball form but with boneless skinless Chicken breast.  yup yup yup, another one that does not skimp on buffalo flavor because this chicken balls taste exactly like buffalo wings~no messy, greasy hands, no bones~yeah!!!!!! I know clean eating buffalo wings right~and you thought it was impossible~but really its not~few ingredients~oven and 25 minutes will get you this delicious, sizzling buffalo chicken balls~you can have them as appetizers, or a light dinner with a side of mash potatoes or carrots and celery~and a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing( I don’t like blue cheese dressing but if you desire)

When it comes out of the oven the smell is intoxicating~and you might not need a dip for this, but if your a traditional buffalo wing eater like my self you will have ranch right next to this.
