Double Vanilla and White Chocolate Blondies

Double Vanilla & White Blondies are the dessert this week~I must tell you~I have been wanting to make a vanilla Bean Blondies for a while now and I just gotten around to it. These Chewy Jewels of Dessert is delicious and pack full of vanilla and white chocolate flavors meld together into one decadent delicious square of a blondie~I just recently bought myself a bottle of Vanilla Bean Paste and that’s were I got the idea~WOW~these Bottles of vanilla bean paste are really life savers you know~in case you don’t have a vanilla bean pod on hand just buy a bottle at William & Sonoma~it is a specialty Item that they don’t have at grocery stores but well worth the 15 Bucks to buy a bottle~Trust ME. I must say I have made different kinds of blondies before but~this~THIS ONE~THIS IS THE ONE~that is my favorite~my Double Vanilla & White Chocolate Blondies will become your favorite too I guarantee it.


Double Vanilla & White Chocolate Blondies

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Yield: 12 Bars


  • 1 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Stick unsalted butter(12 Tablespoon)
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 Cup Light muscovado Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup brown sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 1/2 Cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup of chopped or finely chopped nuts(Optional)


  1. Preheat oven 350 Degrees. Butter and line with parchment papper 9x9 inch square baking sheet ( butter parchment papper as well and with 1-2 inch of papper overhangs the sides)
  2. In a bowl whisk together flour, baking powder and salt ( add nuts to this stage if using). In a saucepan add butter and sugar and whisk together till they melt, transfer to a bowl, add vanilla extract and vanilla paste and whisk till incorporated, let it cool slightly. Whisk in eggs one at time till incorporated, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and fold until combined. Spread evenly on the baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or untill the tops are cracked and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let it cool on the wire rack completely. Remove bars and cut to squares.
