Chocolate-Chocolate Smore’s Bars

Its delectable~it truly is~when you take your first bite~you get the dreamy brownie~fudge and a bit cake like brownie Batter~and in the middle there is your sweet, gooey, white marshmallow fluff that is oozing out  everywhere and its sticky and delicious~then you get the crunchy~crumbly and almos dry chocolate Graham cracker crust like cookie, all this together in ONE BAR its a symphony of everything that is truly what CHOCOLATE IS and what decadent chocolate should be~smores~I took what the regular smores bar and make it even more  chocolate-y and more decadent~TRUST ME~when I say that this is one of the BEST SMORES BAR YOU WILL EVER MAKE AND PUT IN YOUR MOUTH~Because it is and you can quote me on that~LOL~hahahahaha~it truly is~just remember when your serving this up with family friends or~the whole 9×9 inch decadent square your self because you dont want to share and rightfully so~have a tall glass of milk~it goes with the bars~ENJOY~


Chocolate-Chocolate Smore’s Bars

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Yield: 12 Bars


  • Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust
  • 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/4 Cup all purpose flour- minus 3 Tablespoons
  • 3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs (6-7 whole graham crackers)
  • 7 Oz Marshmallow Fluff
  • Brownie Layer
  • 1 Stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter cut into cubes
  • 7 ounces Bittersweet dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Teaspoon instant coffee powder
  • 1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
  • Kosher salt
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 3/4 Cups all purpose flour


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a 9x9 baking pan with foil that overhangs on the side for easy lift on all sides, brush pan and foil with butter and set aside. Melt 6 tablespoons of butter and let it cool sightly,in a bowl whisk together Flour, kosher salt, cocoa powder, brown sugar and chocolate graham cracker crumbs, when butter is cool add to the four mixture with 1 large egg and mix till everything is combined. Pat evenly into pan and spread Marshmallow fluff on top evenly ( marshmallow fluff is sticky so spray cooking spray on spatula or hands)
  2. Brownie Layer;
  3. Melt butter in a bowl over a small sauce pan with simmering water~when butter is melted add dark chocolate chips and mix with a rubber spatula till all chocolate is melted, remove chocolate and add instant coffee powder and sugar and wisk to combine, let the chocolate cool slightly then add in the eggs and whisk to combine one at a time, fold flour in and salt in till no more white streaks of flour is left~spread evenly on top of the marshmallow fluff and bake in the center of the over for 25-30 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the middle of the brownie layer comes out clean~Transfer to a cooling rack~let cool on pan completely before removing~eat with glass of milk~
