Nutella Stuffed M&M Deep Dish Cookies

So this week’s dessert it all about M&M’s and Nutella~two of the things I have in my pantry that I dont often use or eat enough off~so I had an abundance of both~I put them all together and I got this delicious Deep dish Cookies~stuffed with nutty~Chocolate & Hazelnut-y nutella, the wonderful colors of the MM’s are just beautiful and studded every inch of these delectable cookies~they are huge and delicious and above all~well DELICIOUS~


I mean when you add nutella to anything its automatically good and above all adding a delicious candy snack like MM’s~ they are going to be  hit in your kitchen~and you might not have a full week on these cookies~meaning they might not last~its hard to resist this and trust me~your and your  family are going to eat all of it in a 2-3 days~but like I always say~everything in moderation right?~yeah right~screw moderation when you make these in your kitchen hahahahaha~

Nutella Stuffed M&M Deep Dish Cookies

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 14 minutes

Total Time: 24 minutes

Yield: 12 Deep dish cookies


  • 1 1/2 Cup pastry flour (all purpose is fine)
  • 11/2 Cup unsalted butter, soften
  • 1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 12 Tablespoons of Nutella
  • 1 to 1 11/2 Cup of Hershey's m&m's candy


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 12 count Muffin top pan and set aside, in bowl whisk together flour, baking soda and salt and set aside. In a Stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment cream together butter and sugars till light and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes, add egg and vanilla extract and beat till combined, with the mixer on low slowly add the dry ingredients to the we ingredients till just combined. Stir in the hershey's m&m's candy till combine. Press a thin layer of cookie dough in each pan and add a 1 tablespoon of nutella in the center, press the remaining cookie dough over nutella carefully( make sure nutella is covered)~baked in the center of the oven for 14 minutes~let cookies cool on a cooling rack for 20 minutes before removing from the pan~
